Thanks this is great news although it is old news. Logic tells you that cavemen could not have possibly been fat. They had no TV, no granola bars, no computers. The had absolutely no reason to sit on their asses. They worked har for their food. SO attaining food was a physical feat in itself. No matter how much or how little they ate...they needed it. It is this very reason that I go to the grocery store hungry. I choose only the food that I need.I might come out with more nuts or some extra cuts of meat, but it is always something that I need. On top of that I eat very, very well. My next goal is to WALK to the grocery store instead of driving.

Cheers,
Mary

Very well said. There are so many different takes on low carb, paleo, primal, etc. We all have to figure out what (of all of it) works best for our particular metabolisms.

Hi!!
Thanks for your comment. I agree with you... hunter-gatherers could not have had a constant, steady food supply. And they certainly would have "fasted" when their food supply was low. I'm glad you found low carb and IFing. It sounds like you have found what works for you!!

I just checked my log. It looks like I did the program for two months, and then I stopped. I'm not sure what I was thinking... I'd really like to start up again, though. I felt great while I was doing it.

In the meantime, I look forward to the 2011 cruise to Jamaica!
