Tom Naughton’s Fat Head blog is definitely one I never miss!!

I first heard about Tom’s documentary/comedy, Fat Head, from Mike Eades’ blog, and ordered the DVD from Amazon. Now I buy them three at a time, so I will still have one left the next time I give one to a friend. If you haven’t seen the movie, check it out. I highly recommend it. It debunks the lipid hypothesis, explains why the low-carb diet is healthy and makes you laugh – all at once.

You’ve heard of “The French Paradox,” right? No? It means that the French eat more fat than we do, but they have less heart disease. So, to a medical establishment full of lipid hypothesis followers, this is a PARADOX. Check out this funny post about The French Paradox
