I don&#039;t know how well I&#039;d do on shift work, since I have multiple sleep disorders. Good sleep can be quite difficult for me even when I sleep regular hours. Luckily, I have always had very predictable 8-5ish hours M-F, with weekends off.&lt;/em&gt;]]></description>
