Ramona Most appreciated on the honorable mention in your list! I’ve been away out of town for a few weeks, so its really nice to come back to blogland with a nod from a success story like yours. Your dedication and documentation have been a real inspiration to me.

Lately I’ve been suffering from H.C.C.F.S,, hospital cafeteria carby food syndrome, bloated, tired, short of breath, but today I ate my meat and eggs and jogged and tossed the kettle bell , just like the old days. Catching up on your blog is going to be a fun way to re-spark the on keto fires!
